Mediatek Unveils Dimensity 9400 Chipset: The Next-Gen Evolution of Mobile Tech

The Primary Cortex

The primary cortex-X925 core clocks have a fascinating 3.63 GHz bonded with three cortex-X4 cores at 3.30 GHz and four cortex-A720 efficient at 2.4 GHz. The set results in a 35% boost in the performance of single-core and 28% in multi-core.

The Dimensity 9400 has a 1+3+4 CPU configuration with awesome graphics performance, which showed promising work done with the integration of the Immortalis-G925 GPU.

The GPU showed an impressive improvement of 40% in ray tracing performance, enhancing visual reality in video games.

AI-Capabilities & Performance

The NPU 890 enhances AI functions by enabling on-device Lora training and producing high-quality high-resolution videos. The chip has the formulation to work with AI multi-crucial tasks and Google’s Gemini Nano.

Talking about the performance and the enhancements done is amazing. It includes WiFi-7, Bluetooth 5.4, and MediaTek’s Xtra Range 3.0 technology to cover up to 30 meters of distance.

The dual Bluetooth fusion BLR technology pushes the connection to 1500 meters. Camera capabilities have also been upgraded with Imagiq 1090 ISP, enabling all possible HDR recordings and improved power efficiencies for 4K60 video shooting.
