  • The new CFO of Google is finally being welcomed! Anat Ashkenazi, a former Eli Lilly executive will handle Alphabet Inc. operations as its new CFO.

    Google’s new CFO Anat Ashkenazi signing bonus is undoubtedly huge. So, how much is the former Eli Lilly’s CFO’s annual salary at Alphabet?

    Google’s parent company Alphabet brought Ashkenazi from Eli Lilly, a pharmaceutical firm, to serve as the company’s next financial officer.




  • Anat will be replacing the longtime CFO of Alphabet, Ruth Porat, and will be taking over the critical role starting from July 31, 2024.

    Porat has also served as Alphabet’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO), and she will remain Google’s CFO through the second quarter’s earnings.

    Eli Lilly has also confirmed Anat’s departure and said the company was searching internally and externally to replace her. Meanwhile, she will stay as senior vice president and CFO at Eli Lilly until the end of July.

  • Anat Ashkenazi Signing Bonus In Millions

    Alphabet Inc. will welcome Anat as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) along with a huge signing bonus and salary.

    Anat Ashkenazi signing bonus has been offered to be $9.9 million, and she has an annual salary of $1 million per year. Alphabet also grants her a $13.1 million sign-on equity as a restricted stock unit.

    According to the filing, Anat will also receive an annual discretionary bonus of up to 200% of her base salary. Her compensation also includes substantial stock grants totaling $41.1 million.

    Alphabet will also cover relocation expenses with the company policy for executives in line.
