Obsidian Entertainment’s new RPG title, Avowed, has once again been delayed. Although the game looks absolutely phenomenal.

The game has continually been the topic of discussion due to its delays.

Recently, the studio announced the Obsidian Xbox RPG Avowed release date to February 18, 2025.

Although the game was set to release in 2024, and once they even said it would be released in November 2024, the game was building up hype, and fans were eagerly waiting for it.

However, the studio once again delivered disappointing news: Gamers will only be able to explore the world of Eora next year in February 2025.  These delays are not good for game titles, as they can damage the studio and the game’s image.

Avowed Delays Creating Bad Hype!

The same thing happened to many previous games, and one of the best examples is Cyberpunk 2077. Fans would be happy if the studio shared clearly why all of these delays were happening or updated the fans about the ongoing development of the game.

However, this delay has become sad news for gamers waiting for Awoved. Looking at the positive side, the game might be even more refined and give gamers a more immersive experience.

What to Expect from Avowed

Avowed has promised us to be one of the best first-person RPGs with fast-paced gameplay, a good story, and an amazing game world. Understandably, the game has taken a long time to develop since the game world is so vast and complicated.

While we wait for the release, gamers can look forward to exploring a vast open world with many dungeons and dangerous creatures.
