The Couchbase board member lives with her husband and three children in Menlo Park, California, United States. She earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Houston.

Work Experience In Multiple Fields

Antar started her career journey as a senior programmer analyst in sales and marketing at Dell in June 1997. With her skills, she was promoted to high-class positions, including technical architect, senior manager, and director.

After working for 16 years and nine months at Dell, Alvina started working at Zuora as the CIO in August 2014. She worked there for six years and one month.

In August 2020, Okta appointed Alvina as its Chief Information Officer (CIO). She worked for Okta for three years and eight months, leaving in March 2024.

Okta’s previous CIO has served on the advisory boards for BUILD and Girls in Tech, Inc. from April 2019 and June 2021, respectively. She is also a Couchbase board member who joined in November 2021.
