Additionally, this data breach hijacked customer service records from a decade ago, resulting in theft from the spyware maker’s Zendesk–powered customer support system.

The Identified Loophole!

Although all customer service tickets were hacked, the leaked Zendsek data has been verified to represent only a specific portion of mSpy’s overall data.
